I’ve stopped buying the frozen pizza because I’m so addicted to the taste of the sauce.
It’s so delicious!
But, as a vegetarian, I can’t eat it all the time.
I want to be able to enjoy the taste as much as the food itself, so I’ve been trying to cut out the dairy.
I’m also trying to eat healthier, but I haven’t really cut out meat.
When I cook with fresh produce I just add a little bit of salt and pepper to it, so that I don’t overdo it.
It makes the dish more tender.
I also don’t use any preservatives, which makes me feel like I’m eating healthier and getting the nutrients I need from the food.
But, I also like to eat fresh vegetables, and I have a few of those in the freezer, so the ones I buy at the grocery store seem to be the ones that are more expensive.
It really depends on what’s in the package.
I can get a whole bunch of stuff, so if it’s just a handful of vegetables, I’ll buy a whole bag and have it at home.
And then I’ve also been saving some of my veggies for the freezer.
So, I guess that’s my approach.
I’ll probably buy fresh tomatoes and celery from the store, or I’ll have a jar of tomatoes in the fridge.
If I’m buying a box of frozen vegetables, the next day I’ll make a whole batch and then freeze it.
But it’s really just a matter of picking the ones you want and saving some for the fridge or freezer.
